Sewing School Update

Hi Everyone,

Five of the eight widows are sponsored for sewing school. Thank you!

If you can't sponsor an entire course ($135), can you sponsor one month, at the cost of $45?

Email me if you want to get involved.

I realize it's not exactly a popular worldview these days, but I DO BELIEVE we can change the world. Little bit by little bit, we can change the world.

LOVE!
Lory

PS Really, truly, we are going to have a "real" website soon!

Lory, I've been a little familiar with a sewing program for Haitian women. It started through Heartline Ministries and the women learned to sew, made some money to buy their own sewing machines and then were able to use those machines to make purses (found at haitiancreations.com) that get sold for a profit. It is such a cool idea. And how neat it would be to see these women learn a trade that would feed their families.

Of course I have personal interest in such a project cause I have a son from the Wolaita region who's first mom lost her husband and was left a widow.

I love to read about the work you guys are doing and would love to jump in and join you!
