Miss Piggy

Woo-hoo! It's official, Amelia is growing-growing-growing. At her weight check today, we learned she has gained--drum roll, please--one pound, six and a half ounces in just two weeks. Her official weight is eleven pounds, eleven and a half ounces. It's amazing what keeping food in her tummy does for her!

To celebrate, we got a high chair.

She still looks pretty small sitting in it, though, huh?

At this rate, she'll be out of 3-6 month clothes by the time her first birthday rolls around!

I am so glad she is doing better. I am been so out of touch with the blog world the last month.

She is a beautiful baby girl.

Lory, it is so wonderful to see that Amelia is eating and growing! We have been praying for her. I have a friend whose baby girl just refused to eat and spit up everything...she ended up needing a feeding tube for her first year and then one day my friend handed her an oreo cookie to distract her when she was making dinner, and when she turned around, the cookie was gone! she ate everything after that...its amazing what a little sugar can do!

She's so beautiful!
My daughter, also premature and adopted from Vietnam was wearing 3-6 month clothes until she was 18 months old.
Now at 23 months she's wearing 12-18 month stuff , she's growing and healthy as can be!
